Hello Everyone,
I’m the infamous Chauncey Pig lying on my soft pillow…yes, the one whose favorite cookie is “Nutter Butters”.
You may have read my Nutter Butter story on a previous blog.
I just moved into my new house that was painted barn red.
Now, one thing you probably didn’t know about us “pigs” is we like to do yard work and we, also, like to keep a tidy house.
For the life of me, I don’t understand why pigs are said to be messy although we do like our mud puddles.

I have a green turtle bathtub where I take my bath if it is a warm day.
I moved at the end of summer right next door to Autumn Gold’s round house.
Autumn Gold makes me warm oatmeal in the mornings with coconut oil…my second favorite food next to Nutter Butter cookies.
I love living next to Autumn Gold.
I watch her come and I watch her go and I always smile while my tail wags to and fro.
Gabrielle brings me special treats like hash browns and eggs, zucchini casseroles, and treats from the garden that have been picked especially for me. She talks to me from her Rapunzel Window when I am in my yard…she says, “Hi, Chauncey Pig…then I wag my tail, look up and smile.
Remember Jimmy Dean, my pig friend who left back aways and went to “Pig Heaven”?
Well I live now where he lived before he left.
There is a maple tree in my yard and if you look really close in the film made of me that is posted here, you will see another friend of mine looking out the window named “Boo”.
“Boo” is a big white cat that someone dropped off here when he was a kitten.
I guess you might say “Boo” was an orphan kitty.
Gabrielle found him one day but she could never catch him.
She fed him everyday until Boo decided to move in with our little chihuahua friends named Kimi, Gris, Bro, and Yogi.
Boo ate so much food (he loved dog food, too) that he got too fat to get out of the chihuahua pen.
So, Gabrielle kept feeding him and petting him until one day, she was able to pick him up.
She took him to live with Vajra Bodie because Vajra wanted a cat friend very very much.
Boo loves everyone…dogs, cats, pigs, birds…and he loved Vajra from the moment he met him.
Boo now lives with his best cat friend, Vajra Bodie, in the big red house near my small red house that sits in Autumn Gold’s yard. That’s Vajra above looking for Boo in the Tidy Cat Box.
Boo and Bodie are fast friends who have a job in the house catching mice together.
As Boo and Bodie watch me through their window, I can just imagine their thoughts like “why do pigs work so hard instead of laying in the sun, looking out the window lazing the day away like we do?”
Cats are kind of laid back and are not much on putting houses together or keeping them tidy.
In the words of Chauncey, the only thing they know about the word “tidy” is that their litter box is filled with “Tidy Cat”.
LOPL (Lots of Pig Laughter)
I should have my house ready for winter very soon as you will see me gathering all kinds of straw, flowers, and feathers to make me a nice soft, warm bed. See me wiggle my tail to and fro…making a warm bed makes me happy…I’m on the go.
I will be watching for Winter White to arrive.
